Every dollar on your roll, tied to its property and its paperwork.
Prollo replaces the shoebox and the spreadsheet. Import your bank statements, classify each line to a property, and hand your accountant a year-end export they can work from directly.
Prollo classifies. It never computes a tax outcome, determines deductibility or makes a recommendation. Your notes for your accountant stay your notes.
- Rental income$23,400
- Loan interest$18,910
- Rates, water, insurance$4,265
- Repairs and maintenance$1,180
How it works
Three steps, in the order the year actually happens. Nothing is classified for you and nothing is committed without you accepting it.
Set up your roll
Owner entities, properties, loans and a valuation for each. Joint ownership, trusts, companies and SMSFs are all modelled, none treated specially.
Import and classify
Paste a bank CSV. Every line lands in a review queue where you tie it to a property, a component and a category. Split one payment across properties and save the split as a rule.
Export for year end
One financial year, one property or the whole roll. Open items first, then income, expenses and interest by property, as a PDF or a spreadsheet your accountant works from directly.
What you see through the year
Once the lines are classified, the numbers are just your own records rolled up.
Equity and LVR
Latest valuation, allocated debt, equity and loan-to-value ratio per property and across the roll. Anything derived is badged as estimated.
Cashflow and cost of holding
Income against interest, fees and expenses for the year, with principal shown separately as an equity movement.
What is still open
Unclassified lines and the items you have marked unsure, by property, so a year is never handed over with gaps you did not know about.
Built to be trusted with financial records
- Your data stays in Australia. Everything runs in AWS Sydney, and every table is isolated per account at the database level.
- Sign-in is Amazon Cognito with multi-factor authentication. No passwords are stored by Prollo.
- Evidence, not opinion. A figure either comes from a document or from your own classification. Anything computed is badged as estimated all the way to the export.
- Not a tax engine. Deductibility, treatment and outcomes are decisions for you and your accountant. Prollo gives you both a clean record to decide from.
